Microsoft CRM Dynamics 4.0

There are a number of CRM software brands available in the market. Microsoft, the most recognizable software brand in the world, provides Microsoft Dynamics CRM software products. Slowly but strongly it is climbing the ladder of public support. Its CRM package is nowhere near in terms of popularity to their operating system Windows and MS Office package. However, the typical Microsoft features such as easy navigation options; a good and helpful Help section, cost effectiveness, and reasonably good stability are there. Microsoft is on the process of continuous update of the Dynamic CRM suites. The latest version, Version 4.0, was released on November 24, 2008.

The major objective of all CRM software packages is to enable improved coordination of various departments of an organization. Its other functions are the following: building a database of vital information about customers and their purchasing habits; presenting this in a highly user-friendly manner so the company can devise that effective action plan; and providing a platform for improved communication between various departments.

The latest version of Microsoft Dynamic CRM package includes utilities for the following functions: effective grouping of customers, organizing marketing campaigns, extracting and modifying data, report creation, data sharing, and enabling smooth communication between various departments. The CRM software package of Microsoft provides better control to the customer relation executive by making the person better aware of the characteristics and purchasing preferences of the customers.
